Buying a bike shouldn’t be stressful yet today it seems to be. We have a fun and unique experience. It’s more than just designing your bike and picking components. Numerous companies already do that. You come to us because we’ll make your riding experience better. Superior attention to detail from the frame selections all the way to the ride qualities of a type of tire — every part serves a purpose. You are going to notice almost immediately our passion for your best final result. We would not have customers driving over 800 miles or customers as far as the West Coast riding our bikes if we did not deliver.

From these conversations, we pick a frame and get to work. Together, we design your paint job, we paint, and then we assemble your bike. All this is done in the U.S. Next, we ship your bike to your doorstep or respective bike shop. The icing on the cake is hearing your riding buddies’ serious bike ENVY.

Custom Paint

Notice how we don’t have any stock paint jobs listed? Every single bike is custom designed. You have hundreds of paint options to choose from. Our color pallets are vast. We try not to limit your options. While you’ll see other Jack Kanes on the road, you won’t see your Jack Kane. Your paint design is unique to you and you alone.

Sizing

You can have the most beautiful bike, but if it is not fit properly, it will sit in your garage. We have spent years building bikes for people by creating a thorough measuring process. We select the right frame to fit the individual. If you have your measurements, great, if not? Do not worry, we ask lots of measuring questions or you can have your local shop further fit you.

After Sale Support

We do not leave you high and dry. If you’ve noticed, you cannot simply order a bike on our website. We build relationships. We allow you to make as much or as little of it as you would like. We have warranties. The point is, we appreciate your business. We understand in a market place like the bicycle industry, competition is fierce. We never take that for granted. Paying for your Unique Bike

• We require a $1,000 deposit. Payment options: All major credit cards or money orders.
• Once the bike is completed, it must be paid for before shipping.
• Live outside North Carolina? No sales tax! That can be hundreds of dollars in savings.

Extra Tips

• Not sure what you want? Limited by a budget? We understand. Tell us your budget and we’ll come up with a lucrative build package. We blow the socks off riders with what we put together.
  We thrive on the unexpected.
• Send designs (hand drawn, computer generated, jerseys, etc), for your paint schemes.
• Be patient in the design stage. Ideas can take time to evolve. You may have numerous ideas and it can take time to narrow the list. Once we have the design, the painting is fast.
• All paint jobs are approved/rejected at Jack’s discretion. Copyrighted material cannot be reproduced without permission.
