We drive for a collaborative partnership DIRECTLY WITH YOU. It is more than just designing your bike and picking the generic components you want. Numerous companies already do that. You come to us because we’ll make your riding experience better. Superior attention to detail from the frame selections all the way to the ride qualities of a type of tire. You are going to notice almost immediately our passion for the best final result. We would not have customers driving over 500 miles or customers as far as the West Coast riding our bikes if we did not deliver.

We want to know:

• The type of riding you do (Races, group rides, solo rides)
• Your riding style (Do you stand up a lot in the saddle, stay in the drops, crash a lot? etc.)
• Your current set up / have ever been fitted?
• Your current bike. What do you love about it? What do you want to change?
• Flexibility and past injuries. These affect your riding style.
• Age, weight, height, inseam
• What you are bench marking to? (Past bicycles, brands, etc.)

• Do you want to spend more money on the frame or the components?

Sizing

You can have the most beautiful bike, but if it is not fitted properly, it will sit in your garage. We have spent years building bikes for people by creating a thorough measuring process. We ensure we select the right frame to fit the individual. Please have your measurements ready or we send a quick check-list — Some customers go to their local bike shop (LBS) and pay for a fitting on their current bike.

More than just Component Selection

Every component serves a purpose on your bike. If you want the lightest bike, we’ll select the lightest components. If you want the stiffest components, we’ll recommend the stiffest components. If you want carbon everything, we’ll follow suit. If you have numbness issues or suffer from fatigue due to your bike, we’ll work with you and suggest the necessary parts to relieve any problems.

After Sale Support

We do not leave you high and dry. If you’ve noticed, you cannot simply order a bike on our website. You work directly with us. We build a relationship. We allow you to make as much or as little of it as you would like. We have warranties. The point is, we appreciate your business and understand in a market place like the bicycle industry, competition is fierce, but you chose to invest your money wisely. We never take that for granted. Paying for your One of a Kind Bike

• We ask for a $1,000 deposit, pull the frame, and get to work!
• Once the bike is completed, we require the full payment before shipping.

Extra Tips

• Not sure what you want? It happens. Tell us your budget and we’ll come up with a lucrative build package. We have blown the socks off riders with what we put together.
  We thrive on the unexpected.
• Send any designs (hand drawn, computer generated, jerseys, etc), for your paint schemes.
• Be patient in the design stage. Ideas can take time to evolve. You may have numerous ideas and it can take time to narrow the list. Once we have the design, the painting is fast.
